We hope you made it to the Colorado National Monument Association open house on Saturday, December 5! For one thing, the cookies were delicious. Coffee and cider were enjoyed by all. Another highlight was seeing so many CNMA members take the opportunity to meet Colorado National Monument’s new superintendent, Ken Mabery.
The bear tree and the string of desert bighorn plush pulling a sleigh of ranger dolls were a big hit. And the new merchandise – particularly the collared lizard puppet – is guaranteed to be popular.
What? You had another engagement and couldn’t make it up to the visitor center? No problem. The 20% holiday discount (in store only) for members continues through December. Bookstore hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. We’ll be open every day except Christmas.
